Nährwerte (pro Portion ~350g)

Zutaten

  • 135g raw, unsalted Cashewkerne
  • 135g raw, unsalted Mandeln
  • 80g raw, unsalted Pekannüsse
  • 1/2 tsp Vanille Zucker (read note about Vanilleextrakt)
  • 2-4 tbsp Ahornsirup (up to you! I used 3)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Zimt
  • 1 tsp Ingwerpulver
  • 1/2 tsp Salz (I used Maldon)
  • Natives Olivenöl extra
  • Cool the Nüsse for 5 minutes und then add to a food processor with 2 tbsp Olivenöl und Vanille. Process high speed for a few minutes.
  • Scrape the sides of the bowl down with a spatula. Add Ahornsirup, Gewürze, Salz. Process further until smooth. Took me around 8 minutes.
  • Feel free to drizzle in 1-2 tbsp more Olivenöl if it is still dry. Balance out with more Salz oder Ahornsirup.
  • Store in a jar und Enjoy 😁
  • Note: If you use using Vanilleextrakt, the Butter can firm up und seize. Most people’s butters turn out fine but for some, they firm up.
  • So just to be safe I’d use Vanille Zucker. It is hard to find Vanilleextrakt here in Denmark, people use Vanille Zucker instead 🙏🏽
