Banana, yogurt, protein powder, that’s the whole cake. Chocolate chips folded in, optional ganache on top. Vegan, gluten-free, and somehow tastes like a cheat meal. Zero excuses left. 169 cal · 18g protein · 17g carbs · 3g fat Per slice (1 of 5) · without chocolate ganache ———————————————————— CAKE ▸ Ripe bananas ▸ Thick vanilla yogurt of choice ▸ Vanilla protein powder (comment PROTEIN 👇) ▸ Chocolate chips to fold in CHOCOLATE GANACHE (optional, but not lol) ▸ Chocolate chips ▸ Creamy salted peanut butter     1    Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a small cake tin and set aside.     2    Add bananas, yogurt and protein powder to a bowl. Mix until a smooth batter forms.     3    Fold through chocolate chips.     4    Transfer to the tin and bake 15–20 min until golden brown. Let cool completely.     5    For ganache: microwave chocolate chips and peanut butter in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth. Pour over the cooled cake and spread evenly.     6    Set in the fridge before slicing. PRO TIP: The riper the bananas the better black-spotted ones give you more natural sweetness and a softer texture.
