Take off the heat and allow to sit whilst you make the base 4️⃣ Now pour the chocolate sauce into the base and place in the fridge for 3-4 hours until the chocolate has firmed up (you can speed this up by placing in the freezer for 1-2 hours)

Nährwerte (pro Portion ~950g)

Zutaten

  • 300ml Kokosmilch (from a can, roughly 3/4 can)
  • 210g Schokolade of choice (I use a vegan Kokos based one)
  • 300g ground Mandeln (want it nut free check FAQ's below)
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder (55g)
  • 1/3 cup Ahornsirup (85ml)
  • 3 tbsp Kokosöl, melted
  • 2️⃣ To a large mixing bowl add the ground Mandeln + cacao powder + Ahornsirup + Kokosöl und mix until it combines
  • 3️⃣  Pour into a tart tin und press down (aim for roughly 0.3mm thickness all around)
  • 5️⃣ Finally top with whatever you want und slice
  • Nut free? Swap the Mandeln for desiccated Kokos oder Hafermehl (blended Haferflocken)
  • Not vegan oder dairy-free? This will work will all Schokolade!
  • Any swap for Kokosmilch? You could potentially swap for a cream (such as soya oder oat) but I have never tried this!
  • What can I swap the Ahornsirup for? Try Honig oder agave (needs to be a liquid Süßstoff)
  • How long will this last und how do I store it? Not long as it's so tasty 🤪 but it will last in the fridge for up to 5 days!
  • My Schokolade isn't setting? It either needs longer in the fridge oder try placing in the freezer for 30-60 minutes.
